Title: Making Heads or Tails of Assistance Animal Requests
One of the toughest aspects of Fair Housing pertains to Assistance Animals. Please join us on October 13, 2016 where presenters, Wes Wollenweber and Lisa Greenberg, from the law firm of Feldmann Nagel, will lead us in a workshop designed to explain the law concerning both service and companion animals, debunking the confusion and myths between the Fair Housing Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act, and how to properly handle reasonable accommodation requests related to Assistance Animals.

Bios: Wes Wollenweber is special counsel and the HOA Community Law Practice Group leader at the law firm of Feldmann Nagel’s Denver office.. Wes’s law practice deals with everything housing from HOA’s to affordable housing, and Wes represents management companies.. Wes is very passionate about Fair Housing, and provides Fair Housing training to various housing providers across the state. Lisa Greenberg works closely with Wes on housing related cases, is a passionate lover of animals, and handles a variety of litigation matters at Feldmann Nagel.
