Annual BARHA Vendor Trade Show – April 12, 2018

Vendor Trade Show Event  on  Thursday, April 12  11:45 – 2:00at the Avalon Building, 6185 Arapahoe, Boulder, CO 80303

 This event has been a HUGE success in the past and is a great way for vendors to showcase their businesses to our owners.

Everyone loves the chance to make great new contacts and see old friends – and to do so in a limited time period rather than standing around all day!  We look forward to having your participation. We’ll work hard to make this event fun & successful for all!

You don’t want to miss this opportunity to learn all about the services provided by our vendor members.  This is a fast-paced environment where owners have the opportunity to talk with vendors one on one.  DON’T MISS all of the great door prizes that you will be eligible to win!!!

Vendors

This is a tremendous chance to get in front of numerous prospective customers.

 The Vendor Details

Set Up: The room will be accessible at 11:15 for set up.  Doors open at 11:45.

Structure of the Event:  Vendor tables are set up around the perimeter of the room.  Attendees circulate around the room and speak with each vendor representative personally.

Cost: BARHA strives to keep the cost of the event low.  There is a great level of exposure to our 13,000 unit owner members and dozens of door prizes for everyone who attends.

Ø Full Table: $425 + (includes 2 lunches- $60 value). 8 ft table which can have 3-4 vendor hosts.

Ø Half Table: $195 + lunch cost ($30 per person). 4ft (1/2 of a table) that is shared with another vendor.  You may have 1-2 hosts at a ½ table.  No floor booth displays are allowed at a ½ table.  Vertical displays no larger than 12 x 16 are allowed.

Ø Electricity: If you need an outlet for electricity, it is an additional cost of $25 per table.

Ø Door Prize: We are looking for a few grand door prizes to be donated by our sponsors!  Contact Jen for more details.

Other Things to Note:

Ø Business Cards and Marketing Materials: Be sure to bring materials to hand out to owners.  Offering a discount to BARHA members if they mention the BARHA Trade Show is encouraged.

Ø We have limited space. This is a first-come, first-serve event. This event is always sold out!

Vendors who participate in dozens of Trade Shows around the country tell us that ours is their favorite and that our show generates more new business for them than any other!!  We love hearing this!!
