We are asking that each guest bring canned food to help fill the Food Pantry for the Emergency Family Assistance Association of Boulder.  For each pound of food donated, our sponsor, All Phase Restoration, will donate one dollar to EFAA.
Scott Holton – Principal, Element Properties
Scott has been immersed in Colorado real estate since 1997. He has extensive experience adding value to partners and the community for a variety of project types, including market-rate housing, affordable housing, office, and mixed-use. Scott leads Element’s efforts to source, underwrite, entitle, and produce excellent project results for stakeholders. He holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and also attended the London School of Economics. Scott was formerly a commissioner of the Boulder Housing Authority (Boulder Housing Partners). He currently serves on the board of directors of the Colorado Outward Bound School and Boulder Housing Partners Foundation, and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Amy Beckstrom – Executive Director of Housing @ CU Boulder
Amy is the Executive Director of Housing & Dining Services at the University of Colorado Boulder, and is actually new to this role, beginning in July of last year.  Amy has worked at CU Boulder for over 12 year, most recently as the Director of Auxiliary & Campus Dining Services.  Amy holds a bachelor’s degree in business and received her MBA from Pepperdine University. Amy is passionate about CU’s students and staff, and is constantly advocating for improving partnerships across campus, as well as in the city of Boulder. 
Danica Powell – Founder/Owner, Trustle Strategy Group
Danica Powell is an unparalleled expert at managing and entitling complex development and construction projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Danica has been implementing mid- to large-scale real estate development projects in the Denver/Boulder region since 2001.  Working as a consultant to private developers, nonprofits, and governmental agencies, Danica has a proven track record for directing and managing complex projects such as; negotiating and closing a 34-unit deal for Boulder Housing Partners using Low Income Tax Credits (LIHTC), acting as the owner’s representative on a $130 million redevelopment project in Boulder’s Transit Village, finding solutions for the City of Boulder’s municipal and public safety space needs, and managing and entitling a 152-acre mixed-use community in Lakewood. Prior to consulting, she was the project director at Urban Frontier and was involved in projects totaling over 7 million square feet of commercial development and 3500 residential units.
Charles Ferro – Development Review Manager for the Department of Planning, Housing and Sustainability for City of Boulder
Charles Ferro is the Development Review Manager for the City of Boulder, CO. Mr. Ferro and his team are responsible for reviewing development projects for consistency with the city’s adopted plans, policies and regulations and for making recommendations to the Planning Board and City Council. Charles has a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver. He has been with the City of Boulder since 2005 and has managed the city’s Development Review Planning Division since 2009.
