We know that many of you have tenants who are struggling to pay rent on time because of job loss or other financial factors.
Here are some resources you can pass along to tenants

Colorado PEAK – on line tool to determine if someone is eligible for services.

Need Help With Tenants Who Aren’t Communicating? Have a tenant who is not responding after multiple contact attempts? Contact Community Mediation Services directly at 303.441.4344. You can also CLICK HERE fill out this form to contact them.
