Luncheon Topic Information
Please join us on November 9th from 12-1:45 at the Avalon. Boulder County Public Health works to protect, promote, and enhance the health and well-being of all people and the environment in Boulder County.  Through this mission, staff provide education, support, and services for a variety of issues that impact health and safety.  This presentation will provide information about common health and safety concerns related to housing (asbestos, mold, meth, marijuana, lead, pests, radon, and smoking) and discuss ways property owners and managers can prevent, respond to, and remedy these issues.
SmartRegs/ClearResult One-On-One Advising Meetings Available At November Luncheon
We have asked city and ClearResult staff to come to our November 9th meeting. They will be available for one on one appointments from 10am-noon prior to the start of the luncheon for those who have questions about SmartRegs and the technically impractical applications.  Appointments will be 15 minutes long and you will need to contact BARHA staff prior to 11/3 to set up a time slot.  This is a vehicle to help you through the SmartRegs process if your properties have not already been approved.

If you plan to sign up for a one-on-one SmartRegs advising meeting, please bring the following with you to the meeting: baseline inspection report, contractors’ bids, challenges and questions, pictures, and receipt copies.  The goal of the one-on-one meetings is to answer any questions you have and help you through the technically impractical process. Staff will not be approving applications during the meetings.
