Our Mission

We Help You Succeed as a Rental Property Owner or Manager by providing education, information, advocacy and connection.

Our association represents rental owners and managers of 16,000 plus units in the Boulder and surrounding area and industry partners representing over 100 businesses. We are the voice for rental property owners and managers in Boulder.

As a rental property owner or manager, you most likely have numerous questions about current rules and regulations that impact you and are looking for tools that exist to make your job easier. BARHA can help! The Boulder Area Rental Housing Association exists to help you succeed. We also give you a collective voice when there is a current issue that impacts rental housing.

Once you become a member of BARHA, we provide tools and documents to help you succeed as a rental property owner or manager. We promise to educate you about issues that impact the rental industry and connect you with trusted and reliable vendors.
